Recording and SXSW ‘09
We are killing time between now and SXSW by hanging out at Test Tube Audio and recording a few more songs that we have been working on. We have about half the tracking done and these songs are really starting to take shape. I’m hoping we can start releasing them in a month or so. As an indication of what is to come, Peter’s drum tracks alone melted half my face off.
For anyone who is making it down to SXSW this year, we are playing a show over on the east side on the first day of the festival, March 18th. We are setting up shop for the The Art Project Gallery Showcase on 3rd and Chico. Our music starts at 6pm so be sure to swing by.
Along with a couple of Texas dates, we have some other cool projects brewing that I’m hoping we can share with you soon. If you haven’t already, sign up for our mailing list as that is where the announcements will be made when they are each ready.
